In reading this story on Customer Service - I am moved. In our trade show marketing business the service side of the house gets slammed with a ton of last minute and out of the ordinary requests. It is hard to imagine at times the emotion turmoil that a trade show booth brings to an exhibit manager. It is like building a business in one day!! Yet we have prevailed. We have clients that send in their requests early and those that send them in at the last minute - and we have to treat them all equally. But suffice it to say - we do try our best to make our customers the happiest customers of them all.
