We refine until it is right, then lock structure and graphics production.

Build and ship
Graphics printed, components staged and crated, freight booked to the hall.

Install and dismantle
Our crew sets it up and tears it down. Graphics go back into storage.

What does a turnkey rental include?
Design, structure, graphics production, freight both ways, install and dismantle, and storage of your graphics for a minimum of twelve months. You approve the layout and show up to a finished booth.

How far ahead do we need to start?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a 20x20. We have turned island rentals around in three when a show got moved — call and ask rather than assuming it is too late.

Can we reuse the same exhibit at multiple shows?
Yes, and most clients do. The aluminium frame system reconfigures, so a 20x20 island can come back as a 10x20 inline with the same components and new graphics.

What happens to our graphics after the show?
They come back to St. Charles, get inspected and crated, and stay in our storage at no added cost for at least a year. When the next date lands we pull them from the shelf.

Do you handle labor and drayage at the show?
We do, and it is the part clients tell us matters most. One point of contact coordinates labor, freight, drayage and rigging with the show hall.
