We just walked the NRA show and saw a ton of new booth designs that I wanted to share with you. Again a lot of fabric, hanging signs, and LCD lights and screens - and of course a lot of food. It was a very "happening" show with a lot of movement and high energy. I thought the spacing in the booths were fantastic - things were spread out and not cramped together and hard to see. There was plenty of space to walk around, sit down and taste the food, and of course network with your exhibit prospect. We had several rental displays at the show and everything went pretty smoothly and they all looked fabulous.
Take a look at some of these fun exhibit designs I saw at the show:
If your trade show budget is constrained, but you still need to make a big impression, consider the cost advantages of rental displays. You can determine all your display costs upfront because a rental exhibit comes as a bundled package, including design, booth hardware, custom graphics, freight, set-up and dismantle. If you have one or two shows that are larger than the others or two shows that overlap, then renting a larger booth for one or more of those events may make economic sense. Rentals are a perfect solution for international shows where shipping costs are high. You can also rent components to add on to your existing display.
We carry a large inventory of rental exhibits, which you may view online, or call us to talk over your specific rental display needs.
