Planning your exhibit

View important logistical information to keep your planning on track and access key marketing and promotional tools to help you gear up for a successful show. But the first step in the process is to secure your booth inventory for this event.   The Tradeshow Network Marketing Group is a full-service trade show display company based in Chicago, Illinois. Their products include custom exhibit designs and rental displays to fit all budgets and trade show booth space sizes. In addition, they provide comprehensive trade show services including audio/visual rental solutions, booth installation and dismantle, trade show logistics, exhibit storage, exhibit management and trade show marketing services.

Important dates and deadlines

RSNA 2024 will be held Dec. 1–5, 2024 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The Technical Exhibits will be open Dec. 1–4 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

July 2024

July 1     Final exhibit space payment due; earn two additional priority points for paying final balance by due date.

July 1 (or after) 100% of the rental fee due on canceled or reduced space.

July 1–Sept. 4    Hotel attrition fee applies. $100 per room when reducing number of peak night rooms (Monday, Dec. 2) by more than 20% in Request a Block hotel room block (25 rooms or more on peak night).
