10x20 fabric display/ brushed aluminum
When you have a short-term need for your display or a very limited
budget, renting may be your preferred option. We recommend that you
apply the same branding standards to the exhibit design as if you
were purchasing the exhibit, unless the event requires a special theme.
The design should reflect a consistent look and tone with your current
messaging and brand image. The challenge is to make a rental display
look unique and customized rather than tired and used.
After all, you need to maximize your investment in trade shows,
which includes all the soft expenditures such as time, travel, and
opportunity costs. We can help you develop a rental exhibit that
will make an excellent first impression and convey the right image.

Rent or purchase
In most situations, the better investment is to purchase rather
then rent your exhibit, especially if you can use the property several
times a year. The rule of thumb is that if the asset will be used
three times or more in any two-year period, it is more cost-effective
to own the exhibit.
When you invest in an exhibit designed with your specific marketing,
business and tactical objectives in mind, the exhibit property should
last five years or more and offer the flexibility for updates over
that period.
