Integrated Marketing Strategy
This client needed help in developing a stronger brand identity
and an integrated marketing plan to reach their audience against
some very large competitors. The first step in the process was to
conduct a business review with the client’s key executives
to identify their objectives and market opportunities.
Once a business review was conducted, it was recommended that a
Branding Strategy be implemented. The outcome of this project involved
a complete Branding Strategy which included SWOT & Competitive
Analysis with messaging, the development of a brand and identity
document, and finally a brand positioning and messaging statement.
