The Tradeshow Network Marketing Group Offers New High-Tech AV Rental Solutions
October 12, 2018
Chicago – The Tradeshow Network Marketing Group now offers affordable rentals of the latest digital signage and video walls for trade show exhibits, corporate events and meetings nationwide. The TTNMG staff custom designs the video technology to work for the event, the space and the venue.
TTNMG has partnered with ABCOMRENTS, a leading provider of interactive technology solutions, to offer custom rental packages. Advanced A/V options include:
Modular LED tiles that assemble quickly in various configurations
High-impact, lightweight LED video walls
4K portable digital kiosks
Transparent display boxes to highlight products
Touch screens for interactive user experiences
“With new technology being developed all the time, it can be hard for any company to keep up. By choosing to rent rather than purchase advanced display and video technology, exhibitors and event planners can save money while delivering a ‘wow’ experience for visitors and guests,” says Chris Roberts, president of The Tradeshow Network Marketing Group. “We can add this exciting technology to existing exhibit components or design an entirely new display, depending on the client’s preferences.”
According to Sonny Goyal, managing director of ABCOMRENTS, video technology and digital signage in trade show exhibits are growing bigger every year – both in terms of the overall market for technology as well as in the size and functionality of the equipment. “Our company philosophy is being first to market with new technology,” he explains. “There is a lot more demand for larger video walls or LED screens as large as 100 inches and touchscreen technology. The expectation of attendees is that everything is digital and more interactive.” In addition to renting the equipment in conjunction with The Tradeshow Network Marketing Group, ABCOMRENTS provides technical support to make sure everything runs smoothly during the event.
The newest video wall technology uses modular fabric frames, which are lightweight and easy to assemble, helping to keep costs down for the trade show exhibitor or corporate event planner. With new LED video walls, the technology interface is compatible with all standard video formats and requires only a video source such as a laptop and an HDMI cable, which plugs into the cables built into the wall frames.
“Whether at a trade show or a special event, attendees are fascinated with high-impact video presentations,” Roberts adds. “We are pleased to provide the very latest video technology and digital signage through rentals to help our clients make lasting impressions at an affordable price point.”
