One price, not a stack of surprise invoices
SHOT Show budgets get complicated fast once shipping, drayage, labor, graphics, and AV all show up as separate line items from separate vendors. We build our rental pricing to include the whole picture upfront:
- Booth structure and design
- Custom graphics production
- Shipping to and from the Venetian Expo or Caesars Forum
- On-site installation and dismantle
- An allowance toward A/V and other add-on components
That means the number we quote is much closer to the number you actually pay — which matters at a show where planning typically has to start 9 to 12 months in advance, well before you have final production numbers or a locked marketing budget.

We're based in Chicago, but SHOT Show clients are a big part of what we do every January in Las Vegas. Distance from our shop has nothing to do with how your booth arrives — our show services team manages logistics, drayage, and on-site installation the same way whether the show is down the street or across the country.
