Trade Show Marketing Directions for 2013 & Our Commitment to You

January 09, 2013

2013 should be an exciting year and we are ready to embrace it!  Among the major trade show trends for 2013 are the creative use of modular exhibits, especially for 10x20 and 20x20 foot displays, and creating spaces that allow attendees to interact with technology for a more engaging experience. Exhibitors are shifting away from the traditional customized exhibit to modular designs that can be used for many years and reconfigured for multiple shows, all with the capability to reflect updated branding.  As budgets have decreased, many exhibitors are trying to do more with less with their exhibit properties and to conserve their marketing resources wherever they can.

tradeshow marketing directionFor clients with just one or two main shows per year, the theme approach is popular for exhibits, which allows the exhibitor to make a significant impact with changing themes, such as a new product, technology or service offering.  The theme-based approach requires that the exhibit be designed so that graphics, messaging and structural changes can be made easily, without the need of a costly overhaul or rebuild.  Our commitment to you is to insure that our key customer objectives are met by investing in the best design professionals available and by constantly adding to our rental inventory and equipment so that we can augment modular designs for a custom look.

Over these last few years, we have made a concerted effort to invest in unique exhibit design rentals, so that we can offer clients a complete package at every show. This allows clients to avoid the piecemeal approach of renting different items from different suppliers at each show. By having an extensive inventory of exhibit properties readily available, The Tradeshow Network Marketing Group can maintain control over every aspect of a project from design inception to installation on the show floor.  This level of control helps to insure every aspect of the project meets our high standards, which, in turn, helps us serve our clients well, year after year. If we create an exhibit that achieves our client’s objectives, they will often reuse the design for several shows or work with us to redesign a larger exhibit space, which saves costs all around.

For smaller to mid-sized exhibits, rentals and other projects, we offer our graphic design expertise in exhibits to provide a complete turnkey solution for our clients. In this way, our team can serve as an alternative to the client’s internal creative resources or external agency, which can help conserve resources.

Our commitment to you is to continue to find innovative ways to help our clients control expenses and reduce the cost of exhibit ownership. Our unique trade-in program allows clients to trade in existing exhibit properties for the purchase of a new exhibit of the same size or larger.  Both parties benefit from the transaction, as it reduces the capital cost of ownership for the client and allows us to modify the exhibit components to add to our rental inventory. Another shared benefit is helping the environment by recycling an existing resource instead of discarding it.

As U.S. and global economic conditions have prompted corporations to cut back expenses over the last few years, we have moved forward with programs that allow us to operate more efficiently, reduce expenses, and add value for clients.  We believe that clients will continue to value cost-efficiency during 2013.  By reducing our operating costs in a strategic way and building a network of partnerships, we are well positioned for this trend.  We will continue to invest the time and resources necessary to build on our experienced team and make continuous improvements to our systems.

Our commitment to you is that we will continue to operate according to our core principles of hard work, respect for the individual, and relationships built on trust, which have produced a thriving business for over 20 years.  Thank you for your trust in us. We look forward to helping your business grow in the years to come.
