Decide what a lead is!   You can not possibly talk to everyone at a show - so decide who is your best prospect and focus on finding those prospects.

Talk to your prospects!  Find out about your prospects needs for your solution and how you can help them solve problems.

Promote where you will be!  Not promoting your trade show presence does not help your cause. Companies need to know where you are and how to come and see you at these events.

Tell your exhibit provider what your expectation are.  What are your objectives for the show - this helps define how the booth should be layout and what should be included.

Keep it simple! Having too much stuff in your booth – too much going on overstimulates your prospect and they will just walk by the booth.image444s resized 600

Keep it short!  Focus on the problems you are solving for that target market and use those words to draw them into your space.

Make it appealing!  Bad graphics – that don’t even say who you are and what you do does not help your marketing efforts at a show.  Use key points with compeling graphics.

Have a team meeting!  Your booth staff needs to know your game plan and what the expectations are at the show.

Follow-up on the leads you get!  Enough said.
