Green Exhibits

To celebrate Earth Day, here is a list of tips to help make your trade show exhibit more green.
Paper
Leave it out if possible. Have your more lengthy company information available via an internet connection, interactive screen, or video. People will be more likely to process the information this way as well. Most paper brochures end up in the trash.
The Exhibit
There are many new lightweight structures that are arriving on the market all the time. Fabric graphics and lightweight components will cost less to ship and create less of a carbon impact. Frames can be made of recycled materials or reused. Printing methods can be green with recycled materials and minimal volatile-organic inks.
Lights
Opt for LEDs, or lower energy solutions. Also, consider using lighting, in combination with fabric, to create dynamic custom trade show exhibits instead of heavier structures and graphic panels.
Bamboo
Exhibit structures are now available in bamboo- the most sustainable wood, not to mention it’s durability.
