Short Term Trade Show Exhibit Rental
I recently began attending a trade show for my business. We did not have many funds readily available for this venture because we were trying to survive budget cuts, but I was able to secure enough funds to supply marketing items for the event.
I could not afford to purchase a display, so I was forced to look into trade show exhibit rental displays. By renting the displays, I would not have to try and purchase anything. I could just use the trade show exhibit rental displays and not worry about any additional costs for the event.
There were numerous advantages to this strategy.
First, I was able to get a great deal from my supplier. It was the same company that I used for all of my trade show needs, so I already had a great working relationship with them. They were able to help me get new rental equipment for an extremely low price.
They also assisted with designing the display to match my company logo and include a sign with my logo and slogan.
Another advantage to renting is that I do not have to make a major purchase. The rental costs are minimal compared to purchasing the displays, so I was able to stay within my budget and make my booth look lively.
Because I did not own the displays, I did not have to worry about storage costs. I had heard that the storage costs for some of the displays could get expensive because I would be required to transport the displays and store them on my own. If I did not wish to do so, then I could hire a company to do so, but that would cost more money.
One of the best advantages was that I could always have access to the newest designs. I could have a unique stand every trade show, so my customers would not see the same booth every time they attended the trade show.
This was a great selling point for me because I realized that I would be able to make this a competitive advantage over my competitors.
Overall, my experience with using a trade show exhibit rental display was great. I could save money on storage and transportation expenses, and I would never have to purchase my own display.
I could have something unique every week, and that was a great situation to be in. This was a great business decision because it helped me stay under budget without losing any quality.
