Strategic Island Design

This client wanted an exhibit designed to fit a 30x40 island booth space initially, with the flexibility to reconfigure to different sizes for future shows. It was extremely important to be able to reuse components of the larger system to minimize overall exhibit costs and to reduce operating expenses.  The steps used in the strategic development process to design this exhibit included conducting an initial project overview where we looked at their business overview and event objectives prior to developing the solution.  Learn how this strategic process helped this client be extremely successful at their shows.
